When you travel to the hot desert climate you don’t expect the pouring rain. When we were driving with Christina and Jimmy to the Death Valley our car wipers couldn’t keep up with the rain drops slushing on the windshield.
In our heads appeared the annoying thoughts: how unlucky we are!! What’s the possibility of the rain in the dessert, the hottest place on the earth? We wished to get the most beautiful photos of the sunrise over the Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes, but instead we got the damp, dizzily morning. The only hope we had that the weather will change for better.
We focused on the present not on the future. We couldn't believe when two hours later the weather cleared and the sun showed up.
