Shantel and Nick decided to get married in the mountains.
Shantel believes that Nick said it perfectly, "Our pasts were very different but our future is very much the same."
The mountains are a very special place to them, two months into their relationship they did a hiking trip together and on the top of a mountain they both first said those three magical words to each other! Since then their family has grown with two dogs, Tuck and Vadar, who love the outdoors. They little family travels to the mountains several times a year for hiking and camping trips. It was important to them to choose a place that would be in their future so that they could frequently relive the moments of their special day with their little family.
We had a pleasure to photograph their love and happiness at the stunning scenery of Rocky Mountains at Jasper Park Lodge. It was a great May long weekend filled with laughter.
